Credit card details will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner’s systems. Saved credit card details will never be shared with third parties. We may also get information as a result of authentication or identity checks or we may ask for your telephone number to give to our courier for delivery services. The Company uses these details to allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order. 



USE OF COOKIES

ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

 If you are concerned that the personal information held by t h r e a db a r e is incorrect, please go to our website, log in by clicking on "Sign In" above the navigation bar on the home page, enter your email address and password and your personal information will be made available for review and change in this section. The Company may only access your personal data from the website using your User ID and password if a written request is received from you. Information may be changed online within My Details, Shipping Details, and My Preferences. When you make a purchase you can change or delete saved credit card details by adding or editing a shipping/billing address or you may contact us by emailing customercare@threadbare.co from your email address you have registered with the Company and we will amend your personal details. If you change your billing or shipping address while your order is still being processed, the order will be re-processed through a customer finance check. 



SAFEGUARDING YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION 

 The data we collect from you may be stored at a destination outside Australia due to the system management system used by t h r e a db a r e, owned by an enterprise from the US. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
